This album contains 50 super-old NES chiptunes created using Famitracker between 2007 and 2013 and released on websites which no longer exist (or sometimes possibly not released at all), gathered into one convenient collection. Highlights include:
* Three tracks I composed for the short film "Game Over" in Abilene Christian University's Film Fest in 2007 ("Intro+Outro", "Overworld", and "Death"), which won that year's Best Sound Design award and nothing else, plus a fourth track ("The Game Ended Long Ago") composed in 2009 in the style of the previous two! (You can watch the film at www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0yf7j7EGaY )
* An untitled soundtrack for a fictional video game called "Eight Tiles Game"!
* "Mystical Mellow Archipelago", originally written for an ambitious project called NSF Collision which was going to involve 64 different musicians (well, 63 musicians plus yours truly)!
* An extended remix of "Generic Falling Blocks Puzzle" from my 2010 album "30s30d: A Month's Worth of Composing"! (The original is at mathgrant.bandcamp.com/track/generic-falling-blocks-puzzle )
* And all sorts of junk that I had completely forgotten about making until I got the idea to compile this album!
